Arzagot was founded in 1960 as a small family business in France. Today we produce in the south of Spain, where the climate and soil allow us to offer edible flowers of exceptional quality.
We select each flower by hand, without haste and without industrial processes. We work with demanding kitchens that appreciate details: Michelin-starred restaurants, high-end caterings, creative pastry shops and distributors of haute cuisine products.
