Cheese leaf

Paederia Lanuginosa

This heart-shaped leaf is green on top and purple underneath. Native to Asia, it’s widely used in Vietnamese cuisine, where it’s known as La Mo Long.

It has a soft, velvety texture and a distinctive flavour and aroma that strongly resemble camembert cheese — hence its name.
Used fresh, it adds an unexpected twist to salads, appetisers and creative dishes, both savoury and sweet.

Our wild strawberries are grown outdoors, directly in the soil, on a thick bed of wheat straw.

Traditional

Our soil amendments and plant extracts are made from plants we cultivate ourselves.
