Snapdragon

Antirrhinum graniticum

Also known as “dragon’s mouth”, this flower is native to the Mediterranean region.
It comes in various colours, including yellow, white and pink.

It has a flavour reminiscent of watermelon, with a slightly bitter note, making it a great match for cocktails.
Used as a garnish in salads, as well as in stuffed or tempura-fried preparations.
Thanks to its hollow, bell-like shape, it can be filled with creams or savoury mixtures and served as an amuse-bouche.

Eco-friendly

We grow wild strawberries and flowers in the ground, promoting biodiversity with native flora and fauna. This way, we harvest at the optimal moment to ensure quality and freshness.

Traditional

We make compost with plant remnants from our own crops at the end of their growing cycle, using natural resources and promoting sustainability.

NATURAL

We select and reproduce all strawberry plants on-site, genetically guaranteed to be non-modified.
