Almond blossom

Prunus Dulcis

This five-petalled flower, white or pale pink in colour, has very limited availability due to its short season.

It can be used in soups, infusions (known for their digestive properties), and desserts.
The blossom is especially beautiful as a garnish for ajoblanco, the traditional cold almond soup, and pairs perfectly with a simple almond mojo.

We grow wild strawberries and flowers in the ground, promoting biodiversity with native flora and fauna. This way, we harvest at the optimal moment to ensure quality and freshness.

We make compost with plant remnants from our own crops at the end of their growing cycle, using natural resources and promoting sustainability.
