Pink Garlic

Tulbaghia violácea

Flowers with about five or six lilac-colored petals. Tulbaghia violacea is a wild herb native to South Africa, where it’s used in traditional medicine.

Strong, slightly spicy garlic-like flavor, but milder. And best of all, it doesn’t repeat on you or leave bad breath like regular garlic does.
Perfect for cold dishes that don’t require cooking, like salads.
Can be infused in oil to extract its flavor. Also wonderful in meats, omelets, soups, and creamy dishes.

Eco-friendly

We grow wild strawberries and flowers in the ground, promoting biodiversity with native flora and fauna. This way, we harvest at the optimal moment to ensure quality and freshness.

Traditional

We make compost with plant remnants from our own crops at the end of their growing cycle, using natural resources and promoting sustainability.

NATURAL

We select and reproduce all strawberry plants on-site, genetically guaranteed to be non-modified.
